At ALPHA 4X4, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium streetwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ALPHA 4X4 garment tags and labels are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
